|Throughout my childhood, I was unfortunately challenged with many health conditions, none of which I had any idea of what was truly causing my problems at that time.
I had many medical tests and saw many health care providers from family physicians, dermatoligists, and others, yet I never got any relief and was still challenged with my condition. I was frustrated not having any answers, and I was telling myself that I was just born this way and I was unlucky. I was challenged with the following for a majority of my life:
- Cracking and Sore Bones and Joints
- Weak Joints limbs or ankle would give out
- Skin Tags appearing on skin
- Heel Spurs
- Vericose Veins
- Ear aches
- Large Blind Spots (practically blind all day)
- Lung Congestion
- Receding Gums
- Bad Breath
- Very Poor appetite
- Shortness of Breath
- Irritability & Major Mood Swings
- Heart murmur
- Shin Splints
- Pain in lower back
- Chronic shoulder and neck pain
- Dislocated weak shoulder
- Very thin, not healthy looking
- Severe disfiguring Acne (Face & whole body)
- Very poor memory
- Poor attention span
- Chest Pains
- Muscle Spasms
- Eye twitches
- Restless Leg
- Always cold, especially hand & feet
- Continuous watering eyes
- Chronic Allergies (environmental & later learned diet)
- Fungal infections
- Dry cracking skin & lips
- Lackluster unmanageable hair
- Constant strept infections with sore throats
- Monthly Dr visits for Fatigue feeling wiped out
Quite a list at such a young age! Think someone would have wanted to date me at that time? Think I had a high self esteem? Not a pretty picture at that time in my life. Many of these actually coincided and happened simultaneously. Many times I had to rush to the hospital for anxiety, or major stomach bloating and discomfort and undergo that embarrassment. I saw many emergency rooms and specialists including a dermatologist and a doctor suggested surgery.
I then regained my health when I was introduced to Natural Remedies and became fascinated as I began to improve my health slowly and learn about the dynamics of the human body. I realized at how I myself had contributed to my problems through poor food choices and insults within my diet and environment that I was unaware of at that time.
Now some words that I am described as today is: sensible, well-balanced, caring, practical, insightful, genuine, down-to-earth, patient and understanding to name a few Ė thankyou. Yet, if your not in good health, you can imagine it would be difficult to practice this way or expect that out of someone. Our bodies affect how we feel and behave and I constantly try and strive to maintain balance with my busy schedule and lifestyle.
I now take responsibility for my own health and find the answers and itís my job to do that for others. Iím thankful today for having done so for I am now in the best health of my life and grateful for it. I now seek to help others, to do the same and have them not suffer the same hardships that I had once gone through. Best of Health to you and your family...
